Welcome to Kreate Chain Co. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://kreatechainco.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from Kreate’s Jewelry Supply, operated by Kreate Beauty Co. LLC, doing business as Kreate’s Jewelry Supply and Kreate Chain Co. (“Kreate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, placing an order, or purchasing any product through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Products and Intended Use
We sell jewelry-making and permanent-jewelry supplies, including:
14k gold-filled chain sold by the foot;
925 sterling silver chain sold by the foot;
Jump rings and related jewelry components;
Bundle and starter packs, including the Classic Starter Pack and Statement Pack; and
Other products that may be added to the Website from time to time.
Our products are intended primarily for jewelry makers, permanent-jewelry artists, and other customers purchasing jewelry-making supplies. The Website is a regular retail storefront and is not a wholesale portal. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, purchases are subject to these Terms regardless of the quantity purchased or the customer’s business status.
Product photographs, descriptions, measurements, colors, and finishes are provided for general informational purposes. Because products may be photographed under different lighting conditions and displayed on different screens, actual colors and appearances may vary slightly.
3. Materials and Product Descriptions
Where stated in a product description, our materials claims are intended to describe the materials used in the applicable product.
14k Gold-Filled Products
Our 14k gold-filled products are described as genuine 14k gold filled. Gold-filled material consists of a layer of 14k gold that is pressure-bonded to a base metal and contains at least 5% gold by weight, as represented by the applicable product description.
Gold-filled material is not solid gold. Its appearance, durability, and resistance to tarnishing may vary depending on use, wear, exposure to chemicals, moisture, perspiration, cosmetics, cleaning products, and other environmental conditions.
925 Sterling Silver Products
Our sterling silver products are described as genuine 925 sterling silver, meaning the material is composed of at least 92.5% silver, subject to the applicable product specifications.
Sterling silver may naturally oxidize or tarnish over time. Tarnishing is not necessarily a defect and may be affected by exposure to air, moisture, chemicals, skin oils, cosmetics, cleaning products, and other substances.
Origin and Tarnish-Resistance Claims
Certain chains may be identified as made in the United States or Italy. Country-of-origin information applies only where specifically stated in the applicable product description.
Descriptions such as “tarnish-resistant” refer to the material’s expected resistance under ordinary conditions and do not mean that a product is tarnish-proof, permanently unchanged, or immune to damage. Proper care and storage are important.
You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and specifications before ordering and for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended use.
4. Product Use and Safety
Our products are supplies and components for jewelry-making and related creative or commercial applications. You are responsible for:
Selecting products appropriate for your project and intended use;
Following safe jewelry-making and permanent-jewelry practices;
Using appropriate tools, equipment, and protective measures;
Inspecting products before use;
Testing finished pieces and connections before providing them to another person;
Providing appropriate care instructions to your customers; and
Complying with all laws, regulations, professional requirements, and safety obligations applicable to your business or intended use.
Kreate does not provide professional training, engineering advice, medical advice, or legal advice through the Website. We are not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, property damage, or other losses resulting from the use, misuse, modification, installation, welding, soldering, cutting, or incorporation of our products into finished items.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance or ship the products, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time, including after an order confirmation has been issued, if:
A product is unavailable;
There is an error in the product description, price, or availability;
We suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse of the Website;
The order appears to be placed for resale in violation of an applicable restriction;
We are unable to verify payment or shipping information; or
Other circumstances make fulfillment commercially impracticable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion of the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. You are responsible for entering accurate product selections, quantities, measurements, shipping information, billing information, and contact information.
6. Cut-to-Order Chain
Chain sold by the foot may be measured and cut specifically according to the quantity ordered. Once chain has been cut or otherwise prepared to fulfill your order, it cannot generally be resold as new inventory.
Accordingly, cut-to-order chain is non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered.
Before placing an order for chain sold by the foot, carefully confirm:
The metal type and finish;
The chain style and size;
The quantity ordered;
The number of feet requested; and
Any other product specifications.
If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for your project, please contact us before ordering.
7. Bundle and Starter Pack Orders
Bundle and starter packs, including the Classic Starter Pack priced at $598 and the Statement Pack priced at $950, may be eligible for return if they are returned within the applicable return period, remain unused and unaltered, and otherwise satisfy the requirements in the Returns and Refunds section below. Approved returns of eligible bundles and starter packs are subject to the restocking fee described in Section 10.3 (Refunds).
Any chain included in a bundle that has been cut, altered, used, welded, assembled, or otherwise customized may be non-returnable even if the bundle itself would otherwise qualify for return.
8. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of pricing or product-description errors.
Applicable sales tax, delivery charges, and other fees will be added at checkout when required. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by a governmental authority or shipping destination, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We accept payment methods made available through the Website’s checkout system. By submitting payment information, you represent that:
You are authorized to use the payment method;
The information provided is accurate and complete; and
You authorize us or our payment processor to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
We do not store complete payment-card information on our own systems when payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. Payment processing is subject to the processor’s terms and privacy practices.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We ship physical products to the address provided during checkout. Orders are processed and ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout when available.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs, inaccurate shipping information, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before we resend the order.
Risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Please inspect your package promptly upon delivery. If an order arrives damaged, visibly opened, or incomplete, contact us at info@kreatechainco.com as soon as reasonably possible and, where available, provide photographs of the packaging and products.
10. Returns and Refunds
10.1 Return Period for Eligible Products
Subject to these Terms, eligible unused products may be returned within 14 days after delivery.
To request a return, contact info@kreatechainco.com before sending any product back. We may require your order number, photographs, and a description of the reason for the return.
Products must be:
Unused and in new, resalable condition;
Uncut, unaltered, unwelded, unsoldered, and unassembled;
Returned with original packaging and included components; and
Shipped back within the return period after receiving return authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrectly shipped by us.
10.2 Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return except where required by applicable law or where they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered:
Chain cut to order or sold by the foot after being cut or prepared for fulfillment;
Chain that has been cut, altered, welded, soldered, assembled, or otherwise modified;
Used, worn, damaged, or contaminated products;
Custom or personalized products;
Products missing components or original packaging; and
Any product identified as final sale at the time of purchase.
10.3 Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee and any nonrefundable shipping charges or other disclosed fees, unless otherwise required by law.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not control the timing of refunds after they are submitted to the payment processor.
If a product is returned without authorization, does not satisfy the return requirements, or is not eligible for return, we may deny the refund or return the product to you at your expense.
10.4 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at info@kreatechainco.com within [7] days after delivery. We may request photographs and other information to evaluate the issue.
If we determine that the product is eligible for a remedy, we may, at our discretion and as permitted by law, provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
11. Finished Jewelry and Lifetime Warranty
Any lifetime warranty advertised by Kreate applies only to the specific finished permanent jewelry service or finished jewelry product for which the warranty is expressly offered. Unless a product listing or written agreement states otherwise, the lifetime warranty does not automatically apply to chain sold by the foot, jump rings, starter packs, or other jewelry-making supplies purchased through the Website.
Where a lifetime warranty applies, it generally covers defects in workmanship or the integrity of the original welded connection under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
Loss or theft;
Intentional cutting or removal;
Stretching, pulling, snagging, crushing, or impact damage;
Damage caused by misuse, modification, repair, or improper handling;
Damage caused by chemicals, chlorine, salt water, cleaning products, cosmetics, or other environmental exposure;
Normal wear and tear;
Scratches, dents, discoloration, oxidation, or tarnishing;
Allergic reactions or individual skin sensitivities;
Damage to jewelry modified or repaired by someone other than Kreate or an authorized provider; or
Products or services not expressly identified as covered by a lifetime warranty.
To request warranty assistance, contact info@kreatechainco.com with your name, order or appointment information if available, photographs, and a description of the issue. We will determine in good faith whether the reported issue is covered and the appropriate remedy.
A lifetime warranty is not a guarantee that a product will remain unchanged or last forever. It is a limited warranty subject to the exclusions and requirements stated above.
12. Product Warranties and Disclaimers
Except for any express written warranty specifically provided by Kreate, products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kreate disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, durability, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that:
The Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
Product information will always be complete, current, or free from typographical errors;
Products will meet your particular design, commercial, professional, or customer requirements;
Products will be compatible with every tool, component, technique, or intended application; or
Products will remain tarnish-free, unchanged, or free from ordinary wear under all conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Website Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Use the Website in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
Interfere with the Website’s operation or security;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or another user’s information;
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, monitor, or collect Website content without our written permission;
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful material;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or business; or
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or refuse service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
14. Intellectual Property
The Website and its contents, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, trade names, trademarks, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Kreate and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“Kreate Beauty Co.,” “Kreate’s Jewelry Supply,” “Kreate Chain Co.,” related names, logos, and branding are proprietary to Kreate Beauty Co. LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or license to use our intellectual property except for the limited right to access and use the Website for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you grant Kreate a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute that content for business, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics providers, and social-media platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, practices, or performance of third-party services or websites. A link to a third-party website does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Kreate.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kreate Beauty Co. LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to:
Your use of or inability to use the Website;
Your purchase, possession, use, misuse, modification, or incorporation of any product;
Delayed, lost, or misdelivered shipments;
Product compatibility or suitability for your intended use;
Website errors, interruptions, security issues, or unauthorized access;
Any third-party service; or
These Terms or any transaction under these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreate’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website, products, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Kreate for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
17. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kreate Beauty Co. LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Your breach of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law or another person’s rights;
Your misuse, modification, or incorporation of products;
Your jewelry-making, welding, permanent-jewelry, or other business activities; or
Content or information you submit to the Website or to us.
18. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, supply shortages, utility failures, internet or technology failures, governmental action, or other events outside our reasonable control.
19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website, products, or your relationship with Kreate will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent a dispute is not required to be brought elsewhere by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Adams County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted, unless otherwise required by law.
Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any applicable policies posted on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kreate regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products, except for any separate written agreement signed by Kreate.
22. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Kreate.
