Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase and, when available, a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order has shipped.
Processing may take longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, unusually high order volume, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.
Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping options, carriers, shipping charges, and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and products in your order.
Delivery estimates are provided by the applicable carrier and are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Kreate’s Jewelry Supply is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, customs delays, incorrect address information, package theft after delivery, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has shipped, please use the tracking information provided to monitor its progress and contact the carrier directly regarding carrier-specific delivery questions or delays.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to claim the package, or similar circumstances, we may require payment of additional shipping and handling charges before reshipping the order.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@kreatechainco.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your package and products promptly after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at info@kreatechainco.com within [7] days after delivery.
Please include:
Your full name;
Order number;
A description of the issue;
Photographs of the package and products, including any visible shipping damage; and
Any other information we reasonably request to investigate the issue.
Do not discard damaged packaging until we have completed our review, as photographs or other documentation may be necessary for a carrier claim.
If we determine that the issue resulted from our error, damage before delivery, a product defect, or an incorrect shipment, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate remedy, as permitted by applicable law.
Returns Information
General Return Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after delivery if they are unused, unaltered, uncut, and in original, resalable condition with original packaging and all included components.
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns to help cover inspection, processing, repackaging, and inventory-handling costs. The restocking fee may be deducted from the approved refund.
Return eligibility is subject to the requirements below. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Cut-to-Order Chain Sold by the Foot
Chain sold by the foot may be measured and cut specifically to fulfill your order. Because cut-to-order chain generally cannot be resold as new inventory:
Cut-to-order chain sold by the foot is non-returnable and non-refundable, except when the chain:
Arrives damaged;
Is defective;
Is materially different from the product ordered; or
Was shipped incorrectly by us.
Before placing an order, carefully confirm the chain style, material, finish, size, and quantity. Chain that has been cut, altered, welded, soldered, assembled, or otherwise modified is not eligible for return except where required by applicable law or when the issue resulted from our error or a qualifying defect.
Bundle Starter Packs and Other Eligible Products
Bundle starter packs, including the following products, may be eligible for return within 14 days after delivery:
Classic Starter Pack — $598
Statement Pack — $950
Other products may also be eligible for return if the applicable product listing does not state that the product is final sale or otherwise non-returnable.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
Unused;
Unaltered;
Uncut;
Unwelded and unsoldered;
Unassembled;
In original, resalable condition;
Returned with original packaging and included components; and
Returned within 14 days after delivery.
Any chain included in a bundle that has been cut, altered, welded, soldered, assembled, used, or otherwise modified may make that portion of the bundle ineligible for return.
Non-Returnable Products
Except where required by applicable law or where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, the following products are not eligible for return:
Cut-to-order chain sold by the foot;
Chain that has been cut, altered, welded, soldered, assembled, or otherwise modified;
Used, worn, damaged, contaminated, or opened products that are not in resalable condition;
Custom or personalized products;
Products missing components or original packaging;
Products identified as final sale; and
Any other product specifically identified as non-returnable in its product description.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, including a product that was damaged before delivery, defective, materially different from the product ordered, or incorrectly shipped by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned products. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned to us before delivery.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for an approved return. The fee applies to eligible products returned for reasons other than our error and covers processing, inspection, repackaging, and inventory-handling expenses.
The restocking fee does not apply to a return that we determine resulted from our error, including a damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or incorrectly shipped product, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less:
The 15% restocking fee, when applicable;
Original shipping charges, unless otherwise required by law or the return resulted from our error; and
Any other disclosed and legally permitted charges.
Refunds are generally submitted after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If a returned product does not meet the return requirements, we may deny the return, reduce the refund, or return the product to you at your expense.
How to Request a Return
Please follow these steps:
Review eligibility. Confirm that the product is eligible for return and remains unused, unaltered, uncut, and in original, resalable condition.
Contact us before shipping anything back. Email info@kreatechainco.com within 14 days after delivery. Include your name, order number, product name, reason for the return, and photographs if requested.
Wait for return instructions. Do not send products back without return authorization. We will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, a return authorization or return address.
Package the product securely. Include all original packaging, components, and documentation. Products should be protected from damage during return shipment.
Ship the return. Send the package using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Allow time for inspection. After receiving the return, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy.
Receive your refund. If approved, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method, less any applicable 15% restocking fee and other permitted deductions.
Exchanges and Store Credit
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not guarantee exchanges for a different product, style, material, size, or quantity. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion or when required by applicable law.
Products returned because of our error or because they arrived damaged or defective may qualify for a replacement, refund, or another legally required remedy.
Product Materials and Care
Our products may include genuine 14k gold-filled materials, genuine 925 sterling silver, and other jewelry-making components. Product descriptions may identify materials as tarnish-resistant; however, tarnish-resistant does not mean tarnish-proof.
Tarnishing, oxidation, discoloration, scratches, stretching, or other changes may result from normal use or exposure to moisture, chemicals, chlorine, salt water, cosmetics, cleaning products, perspiration, or other substances. Such changes are not necessarily defects and may not qualify for a return or refund.
Please follow any care instructions provided with your order and inspect materials before using them in a finished jewelry piece or providing that piece to another person.
